In 2012-2013 TeamIdea participated in SAP rollout project of SOLENIS EURASIA company in Russia which included the configuration, testing and Go live support.
Present time the cooperation is continuing.
The key role of TeamIdea was to implement and adopt the Russian localization package of SAP Russian Addo-on for SAP ECC 6.0 system in compliance with legal requirements.
The main task was to customize VAT functionality, local reporting and printout forms.
During workshops the TeamIdea team performed a gap analysis to define the difference between global and local accounting standards. The analysis of the critical business processes helped to define risks for using the global template in Russian business circumstances.
After the project was launched the customer faced the need to support the solution due to frequent changes in Russian specific.
Present days the cooperation is continuing. Among other developments the customer received solutions for such tasks as:
- Updating the primary logistic printing forms (bills, invoices and etc.);
- Updating of Profit Tax Accounting (FI-SL functionality);
- Customization of cash flow report;
- Updating solution for VAT (Sales and Purchase Ledgers, invoice journal and VAT declaration);
- Customization of automatic creation file with payment orders for its downloading to bank client system;
- Cooperation with global team in terms of SAP ERP and Concur (system for creation of employee's expense reporting) integration.
