SAP Country version implementation for replicated SAP ECC (ERP) system became the purpose of the project.
SAP Country version is a product created for adoption of SAP ERP to specifics of local legislation taking into account business features of Russian companies. Traditionally Сountry version is considered in a section of such business processes as: financial statements, materials management, sales and distribution, logistics.
At the initial stage of the project TeamIdea experts took part in several seminars devoted to discussion of business processes in local companies.
Finally it was decided to include into scope such aspects as:
- Financial accounting (Ledger, creditors accounting, customers accounting).
- Assets accounting and standard type forms of fixed assets.
- VAT accounting.
- Standard reporting.
- Cash transactions accounting.
- Documents of type forms and logistics reports (MM/SD), standard decision on CCD.
- Formation of specifications.
- Users training.
- Several additional settings.
The current project is carried out in close cooperation with internal SAP team from Dallas, thus, 90% of experts communication is held in foreign language to achieve maximum efficiency and convenience for Customer.
A smoothly running cooperation of both parties provided a brilliant result: today conceptual design stage is successfully completed.
It is interesting to know that through joint work Teamidea and GRUMA experts developed several perspective directions of further cooperation within future projects.
