Our client is a vertically integrated steel and steel-related mining company with major assets in Russia as well as investments in other regions.
In 2018 we began work on a joint project to improve procurement business processes. TeamIdea became an integrator, offering the company a specialized solution based on SAP ERP. Work on the project started on July 17, 2018, and will last until January 2019.
As part of the project, TeamIdea is introducing new and expanding the existing functionality of the current client's management systems: managing notifications, analogs, and unregulated abilities claim work with contractors. The implementation of the functionality is performed according to the agile methodology, which allows the ERP solution of the integrator to fully meet the needs of Severstal's business.
