Formula Holding
Formula Holding is the largest Siberian interregional holding specializing in distribution of alcoholic products of medium and premium class.
The company "Formula" appeared on Krasnoyarsk market in 1994.
In 2005 the company became part of the investment group SM.group, and new shareholders tasked to enter the inter-regional level, at least in Siberia. Thus, in 2005 through the merger of the Siberian distributors of alcoholic beverages the company JSC "Holding Formula was created."
Since 2006, all regional companies within the holding company got a uniform title: Formula Abakan, Formula-Kemerovo, Formula-Novokuznetsk, Formula-Novosibirsk, Formula-Omsk, Formula-Ulan Ude, Formula-Tomsk and Formula Barnaul.
According to the number of offices with direct sales and turnover of the company, Formula Holding is the leader of the Siberian medium- and premium-class alcohol distribution market.
The growing need to coordinate the work of branches, on the one hand, and the need to reduce production and administrative costs, on the other, forced the company to consider the revision control system the distributed structure. Management decided to start the project of consolidation of geographically dispersed branch offices into a single information and business space.
