In March 2013 the loyalty to these principles, as well as the desire to strengthen and confirm the status of the most customer-oriented trading companies in the region prompted the company to the decision to implement the application SAP Forecasting and Replenishment (SAP F & R), which allows you to understand exactly, predict customer demand, automate replenishment order and maintain difficult balance between the quantity and quality level of customer service. TeamIdea presented itself as an implementation consultant.
SAP Forecasting and Replenishment is software containing algorithms and forecasting models, working almost in real time based on the data obtained from SAP ERP systems or other producers, helping to determine the optimal range of products, to plan its availability and the optimal level of reserves. Automation of forecasting and replenishment processes reduces the cost of payment and order processing, reduces the level of trade stocks and frozen funds in chain.
