In 2010, Kimberly-Clark Corporation launched a factory in the city of Stupino in the CIS. Soon after, they put into operation a raw materials warehouse that significantly exceeded the size of the previous one.

Previously, many warehouse operations were performed manually, and the warehouse often fell outside the organization's information flows. To manage this effectively, Kimberly-Clark decided to implement a comprehensive WMS solution. 

When choosing a solution, the company relied on their previous experience with SAP products, including SAP ERP. Therefore, SAP EWM became an extension of the company's comprehensive digital transformation program. TeamIdea served as the partner for WMS design, implementation and go-live.
