Project Scope
- Optimal routing of warehouse resources considering warehouse topology.
- Picking, packing selection, conveyor automation, and automatic parcel sorters.
- Receiving, storage, and shipment of food products, multi-temperature storage, batches, and expiration dates.
- Support for cross-docking processes, customs brokerage, and temporary storage warehouse.
- Transportation management based on SAP TM, planning multimodal transport up to 10 legs.
- Integration of SAP EWM with SAP TM, external ERP, mobile data collection terminals.
- Warehouse operations billing and production-labor management.
Warehouses description:
5 class A warehouses with a total area of over 100,000 sqm, 82 regional centers.Over 250,000 SKUs in fulfillment, processing over 150,000 parcels daily.
Providing warehouse logistics for SberMegaMarket, 4 food warehouses for Samokat (+5 more soon).
Support for development plan: 150 warehouses with a total area of over 1.6 million sqm in 2022-2023.
Results:
2.5x increase in parcel delivery volume and turnover.
99.9% order picking service level.
