Our client is a producer of long-lasting food products. The company is one of the largest food manufacturers in the CIS, operating 10 factories that produce pet food, confectionery, chewing gum, and cooking sauces.
Sitenka DC is their largest distribution center in the CIS. The company sought to replace an outdated WMS system to significantly reduce the risks of shipment disruptions and enable the integration of all its plants in Russia and the distribution center into a single, connected system.
