In 2019, ABI PRODUCT, a leading Russian producer of convenient and easy-to-cook meat products, and TeamIdea completed a project to implement the SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) system for automating the management of finished products warehouses.
As a result, ABI PRODUCT was able to increase the productivity of warehouse processes by 20%, reduce operating costs on payroll inventory of warehouse logistics by 18%, increase the level of customer service and virtually eliminate non-commercial write-offs due to errors in the warehouse associated with violation of goods rotation.
