Results of the WMS implementation by TeamIdea:
"The constant growth of goods turnover, the expansion of the customer presence geography and constantly changing requirements for packaging and labeling of products are key factors that determined the choice of a stable, reliable and easily scalable system for warehouse automation. SAP EWM is a functional platform that allows the company to maintain high standards of working with products with short shelf life, observing the requirements of customers from different regions, as well as effectively implement batch accounting of each unit on the warehouse and provide the necessary level of service," Olga Kopylova, Director of Logistics, ABI PRODUCT.
“The project at ABI PRODUCT once again proved that with SAP EWM in the hands of experienced experts, nothing is impossible. The harmonious collaboration with the customer’s project team allowed us to elevate business processes to a qualitatively higher level. During the project, we achieved all the objectives set by the customer and, in some aspects, even surpassed the plan. As of December 2019, the project has entered the support stage, during which we provide maintenance for the productive operation of the system,” commented Andrey Altabayev, Co-Founder of TeamIdea.
