TeamIdea Group, on behalf of its subsidiary, TIGROUP, hereby announces
TIGROUP has launched a large-scale ERP transformation program for Zeppelin International AG, aimed at modernizing its financial landscape and ensuring long-term sustainability of IFRS reporting.

The project includes a technical conversion of the existing ERP system to SAP S/4HANA and the full transition of IFRS reporting capabilities from a legacy architecture with increasing operational and maintenance challenges to a modern, scalable platform.
Throughout the transformation, Zeppelin International AG assumed a strong governance role, ensuring structured risk management and the consistent consideration of internal control requirements.
Eliminating Critical Business Risks
Prior to the transformation, IFRS reporting for Zeppelin International AG relied on a separate SAP Corporate Finance (CFin) solution to support IFRS accounting and reporting requirements.

At the same time, the existing SAP ECC system is approaching end-of-support in 2027, making further operation increasingly risky and costly.
The program was initiated to ensure continuity of financial reporting, simplify parallel accounting approach and establish a future-proof ERP foundation.
Project Scope and Delivery Approach
TIGROUP is delivering the project using a brownfield conversion approach, enabling a controlled transition to SAP S/4HANA while preserving existing business processes.

Key components of the transformation include:
S/4HANA Conversion
Technical conversion of ERP ZIA system and adaptation of integrations, including online banking.
IFRS Accounting Implementation
Parallel accounting using S/4HANA Additional Ledger, setup of IFRS Chart of Accounts and valuation adjustments for inventory and receivables.
IFRS Reporting Transformation
Replacement of CFin-based reporting with S/4HANA and integration with BW for core reporting, including P&L and Balance Sheet, inventory and fixed assets, accounts receivable, sales and order backlog, and intercompany transactions.
BW Integration and Data Migration
Reimplementation of BW extractors and interfaces, migration of data into S/4HANA, and elimination of obsolete and unused code.
The project intentionally excludes redesign of business processes, focusing on a fast and efficient technical transformation.
Structured Delivery and Timeline

The program follows SAP Activate methodology and is structured into four phases: Prepare, Explore, Realize, and Deploy.
The delivery includes multiple system conversion cycles (Sandbox, DEV, QAS, Final Test, Production), ensuring quality control and risk mitigation at every stage.
The Go-Live was successfully completed in January, 2026, with system transition performed during a controlled downtime window.
“The key challenge of this project was to ensure a seamless transition from a a legacy architecture with increasing operational and maintenance challenges to a stable S/4HANA environment without disrupting existing business processes. The brownfield approach allowed us to combine speed, control, and technical efficiency,” says Tatiana Shangina, CEO at TIGROUP.
Business Impact

The transformation establishes a robust foundation for financial stability and compliance.
Business and Compliance
Elimination of dependency on external CFin system and improved reliability of financial reporting.
IT
Transition to a supported S/4HANA platform, simplified system landscape, and reduction of technical debt.
Operations
Improved integration with BW systems, standardized reporting processes, and increased system stability.
The new S/4HANA-based architecture provides Zeppelin International AG with a scalable digital core, enabling further development of financial and analytical capabilities.
The platform supports future regulatory requirements and creates a foundation for long-term business growth.
