TeamIdea Hosts a Series of Customer Events in Kazakhstan with ELMA365 and RELEX Solutions
The business program featured two dedicated events addressing different areas of business transformation.
The first event was a business brunch organized jointly with ELMA365 for executives responsible for digital transformation, IT, and operational excellence. Participants discussed modern approaches to business process management, Low-Code platform adoption, automation of corporate services, and the creation of unified digital environments for employees and customers.
Particular attention was given to real-world automation projects implemented by large enterprises, strategies for replacing legacy BPM solutions, and the growing role of artificial intelligence in improving productivity and accelerating decision-making.
The second event was the first-ever RELEX Live Forum in Kazakhstan, organized together with RELEX Solutions for supply chain, planning, logistics, and commercial leaders. The forum brought together representatives from leading retail, distribution, manufacturing, and agribusiness companies across the region.
Participants explored modern approaches to demand forecasting, inventory optimization, planning automation, and the application of AI to build more resilient supply chains. Experts from RELEX and TeamIdea shared international best practices in supply chain planning and presented real-life examples of business results achieved through improved forecasting accuracy and inventory optimization.
"It is particularly important for us that both events became the first offline customer events held by our partners in Kazakhstan. Both the ELMA365 Business Brunch and the RELEX Live Forum brought together the regional professional community for the first time to discuss the most pressing challenges in digital transformation and supply chain management. We are grateful to our partners for their trust and for giving us the opportunity to organize these landmark events. I am confident that this is only the beginning of long-term cooperation and the continued development of the professional community in the region," said Olga Nikolaeva, CEO of YWIS, a subsidiary of TeamIdea Group.
"We are seeing strong interest from Kazakhstani companies in modern digital solutions that help improve operational efficiency while creating a sustainable foundation for future growth. Our mission is not only to bring world-class technologies to the market but also to help businesses adapt them to local challenges and business realities," said Ekaterina Brega, Marketing Director at TeamIdea Group.
The events served as an important platform for knowledge sharing among business leaders, industry experts, and technology providers. Participants had the opportunity to discuss the key challenges facing companies in Kazakhstan and to explore practical tools for improving business processes and supply chain performance.
TeamIdea plans to continue supporting the development of the professional community in Central Asia by organizing new industry events focused on experience sharing and the adoption of advanced digital technologies across the region.
