Success story: How TeamIdea automated the largest DC of Kimberly-Clark in the CIS
In 2010, Kimberly-Clark expanded its operations by opening a hygiene production space in Stupino, located in the Moscow region. The facility includes a raw material and supply storage complex, as well as a finished goods warehouse.

Functional scope of the project
- Organization of targeted storage for raw materials and finished products.
- Management of warehouse resources and performance monitoring.
- Reduction of staffing requirements for the warehouse.
- Automation of raw material issuance for production.
- Integration with the Automated Control System for Technological Processes (ACSTP) for receiving finished products from production into the warehouse (OCME, Flex).
Project results
SAP EWM integrated various company divisions into a unified information space. The system:
- Reflects the warehouse topology with zoning capabilities and the allocation of various production areas.
- Enables monitoring of raw material intake and placement, as well as issuance and packaging for production lines.
- Facilitates product selection and assembly.
- Allows for comprehensive inventory management.
- Supports the dispatch of finished products to various distribution channels.
Implementation results: improved quality of logistics processes.
